Around this time of year I really struggle with motivation and direction in all aspects of my life. I've suffered from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) for probably most of my life and tackle it by traveling or working out more, booking events, meetups and hobbies to keep myself active, energetic and socialized. Except this year I had to scrap pretty much all those plans because I sprained my ankle. Badly.
